11:15-12:30 Sauerkraut for Colour and Flavour with Annie Levy
A great, foolproof skill for beginners, making sauerkraut offers a huge scope for creating individual “cultured cabbage” combinations. 4:00- 5:30 Orchard Tour followed by Cider Tasting with Welsh Mountain Cider
